Young Adult Pathway delivers high-quality, low-occupancy supported accommodation for young adults aged 18+, primarily supporting care leavers and other individuals who are able to live independently with low-level support focused on life skills, tenancy sustainment, and emotional wellbeing.
We are based in Nottinghamshire and provide services across Nottingham and surrounding areas.
